As the prevailing market leader in the pre-owned watches industry, Bonfield’s brief to us was to have a digital rebranding exercise for this 31 year-old business. This revamp focused on creating a mobile responsive site; to better engage their online customers and to improve on the overall user experience. From the initial conceptualisation, wire framing to final site design and execution, client was very much involved in all the aspects for this agile development. Valuable insights gathered from customers’ feedback and user behaviour helped in restructuring of Bonfield site’s content infrastructure.
The revamp saw an increase in the time spent on the new Bonfield’s site (average session duration), increase in interaction (decreased Bounce Rate), users are more engaged within the site (increased no. of pages per session) and more new visitors.
